Go to the Exemplar Global Community and select Log in in the top right, then enter your registered email and password. If you can’t access your account, use Forgot your password? to receive a verification code, reset your password, and sign in again. If you don’t receive the verification email, check your spam/junk folder.
Recommended browser: For the best experience, we recommend using Google Chrome when accessing the Exemplar Global Community.
If you experience access issues, try the following:
- Close all but one browser tab open to the Community
- Perform a hard refresh to clear cache and cookies
- Windows: Ctrl + F5
- Mac: Command (⌘) + Shift + R
- Try incognito/private browsing mode
- If you still can’t log in, contact Support for help
